We are seeking a Director of Finance, come join our amazing team and grow with us.  You will manage the financial/accounting department for NCAB Group , USA. Your main duties include evaluating and directing accounting, audit , financial analysis, developing financial policies, and evaluating and improving records systems already in place. This  position will be located in our Hampstead, NH office. 

 

What you will do:

  • Play an integral role in month end close
  • Review and check expense reports for verification
  • Files timely financial reports to banks, management and tax authorities
  • Manage cash flow  via Accounts Payable and Account Receivable management
  • Review accounts for errors, incorrect postings and consistencies
  • Contract review 
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
  • Performs special projects as directed by management
  • Maintain financial security by following internal controls
  • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Reporting and interacting with our finance team in Sweden

What you will bring to role:

  • Strong history in month end closing, financial reporting, KPI reporting
  • Experience managing sales commission plans and compensation agreements
  • Strong history of financial statement analysis
  • Reconciliation experience
  • Audit and tax experience
  • Management experience
  • Payroll processing experience
  • Provide a strong history and experience of working with peers to resolve issues with customers

What is required:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting and/or Financial Administration
  • At  least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
