IT Support Professional
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and ensuring smooth operations in a global organization? We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team in global IT-team (based in New Hampshire). In this role, you will provide hands-on technical assistance in the local office while collaborating with a distributed IT team across multiple regions. Our IT team spans the United States, Europe (Sweden, Germany, France, Netherlands) and Asia, giving you the opportunity to work in an international environment and contribute to global projects. This is a full-time, in-office position where you’ll work closely with another technician and help maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
What you will do:
Provide first-line and second-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide first-line and second-line IT support for our CRM/ERP system based on Dynamics365
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents efficiently to minimize business disruption.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and account management.
Collaborate with global IT colleagues across Europe, Asia, and the US to maintain and improve IT services.
Participate in IT projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will bring to us:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of:
Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Active Directory.
Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals).
Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL-based support processes.
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues remotely and on-site.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
Added value:
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions such as Intune.
Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements.
