Main Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support for customers and sales colleagues
  • Article maintenance and release in the CRM system
  • Preparation of production data (drawings, customer specifications and Gerber data)
  • Processing internal and external engineering questions
  • Collaborating with the factories in Europe and Asia
  • Supporting in the clarification of technical complaints
  • Collaborating in projects

Profile 

  • Education in technical or electronic field or comparable qualification
  • Interested in the electronics industry
  • First experience in the field of electronics is a plus
  • Knowledge of Dutch and English
  • Passion in collaborating with customers and colleagues
  • Structured and flexible in your way of working
  • Open and communicative
