Main Responsibilities

  • Aligning commercial parameters from customer orders with offers
  • Entering customer orders into the ERP system and forwarding them to suppliers
  • Tracking order confirmations from suppliers
  • Sending confirmation emails to customers
  • Collaboration with the sales and technical team to achieve our targets
  • Supporting in local projects

Profile 

  • College degree or equivalent in administration, sales or logistics
  • First experience in Inside Sales or Purchasing department
  • Proactive mindset, with detailed and structured approach and the courage to take initiative
  • Customer-focused approach and empathetic attitude
