Main Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot shipping, receiving, inventory, ERP, and system issues.
- Support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Prepare domestic and international shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Verify quantities, part numbers, labels, date codes, profiles, and shipping documents.
- Use UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL.com, and other shipping platforms.
- Monitor shipments, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on delays.
- Communicate with multiple departments and locations to resolve problems.
- Assist with training, process improvements, and team backup.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
Profile
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience required.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-through.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems, email, and business software.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Inventory management or ERP experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibility
