To ensure our customer service and sales team continues to impress with its expertise and dedication, we’re looking for you as an Inside Sales in Turku — someone who is passionate about working with customers and reliably manages projects. 

Your Responsibilities at a Glance 

  • You will advise, support, and help customers grow, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers.
  • You will create, track, and process quotes and orders—with a focus on finding the best solution.
  • With the help of our Factory Management team in China you will support the supply chain. 
  • You will analyze technical requirements in collaboration our technical team. 
  • You will be responsible for the entire sales process and use our CRM system to maintain all relevant client and project data.
  • You will be actively contribute to process optimization and project management.

  • With a hands-on approach, a structured work style, and flexibility.
  • Thriving with team spirit, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with customers
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • With good written and spoken Finnish and English skills.
